What this website stores in your browser, why, and how to make it stop. Short version: we use as few cookies as a working site allows, and none of them follow you anywhere else.

The only thing this site stores is your cookie choice itself, under the name mgCookieConsent. It sits in your browser's local storage so the notice on the home page stops reappearing every time you open a new page. No tracking IDs, no advertising networks, no analytics profiles — we find the idea about as relaxing as you do.
If you clear your browser storage, the site simply asks again next visit. Nothing breaks, nothing is lost, and no one on our side notices or minds.

Until you clear it. We don't set an expiry because we don't need one.

None. Fonts and libraries load from CDNs but set no tracking cookies.

How to change your mind.
The banner on the home page offers two choices: accept everything (which, as listed above, is one cookie) or essential only. Either way the site works — the difference is purely whether we ask again next visit.
Every modern browser also lets you clear site data or block storage entirely; the instructions live in your browser's settings, not here. If anything on this page contradicts what the site actually does, the site is wrong and we want to hear about it.

The map, the fonts, and other guests at the table.
The contacts page embeds a Google Maps frame, and every page loads typography from Google Fonts and interface libraries from public CDNs. Those services see standard request data (your IP, browser type) when they serve content — that's how the web works — but none of them require cookies to function here, and none receive information about you from us.
