A 180 m² hall with daylight, proper AV and catering from the Ember & Oak kitchen next door. Up to 120 delegates, from NZ$450 for a half day — booked by a human, run by the same team every time.

The room

Ground floor, step-free, and the bar next door opens the moment your last slide lands.
A conference room that doesn't feel like a converted cupboard.
Most function rooms feel like airports with worse coffee. Ours has four-metre ceilings, windows that actually open onto the courtyard, and acoustics tuned so the back row hears the front row. The projector is ceiling-mounted and calibrated, the sound system doesn't hiss, and the Wi-Fi handles a hundred laptops without a shrug.
The kitchen next door handles catering in-house — proper food, dietary requirements remembered, and coffee that survives the afternoon slot. Room configurations, capacity chart and the AV inventory all live on the services overview, and the front desk sends the current floor plan PDF the same day you ask.

AV & TECH
The kit that usually costs extra, doesn't.
4K laser projector, 120" screen, ceiling speakers, four wireless mics, HDMI and USB-C at the podium, and a technician on call for the whole booking. Hybrid meetings get a camera rig and a tested audio chain — we run a full check the day before.
