Service 08 / 08 — By introduction
The Vault — VIP Lounge
A private room behind the salon: higher tables, a personal host, and a door that stays shut. Booked by phone, confirmed in person, and never advertised twice.

The room
Capacity
Two tables, twelve chairs, one very good sound system. That's the whole inventory.
The same house rules, at a different altitude.
The Vault is what the salon would be if it stopped performing. Two tables, a bar that appears when looked at, and a host whose job is making the evening run — not upselling it. Stakes start where the main floor tops out, and the room takes no more than two groups a night so it never feels like a queue with velvet.
Access is by phone, not by form. Ring +64 21 199 1936, tell the desk what the evening looks like, and if the room fits, it's yours. The full service list explains the rest of the house; this page covers the quiet part.
Your host
Elena Vasquez
Runs the Vault the way a good sommelier runs a cellar — quietly, and always one step ahead.
What the rate covers
One price, no meter running.
Table minimums are quoted per night and confirmed by phone — nothing is "subject to change" after you've booked it.
Included
The room, the host, the silence.
Private room with two tables, your dealer and your host for the evening, a dedicated bar station, and a coat check that remembers faces. Food comes over from Ember & Oak on one menu, priced per head. The room takes no more than twelve guests — that's the point.
How a booking runs
- T−7d
Phone call with Elena. Stakes, games, timing — all agreed up front.
- T−1d
Written confirmation: room, tables, bar tab, arrival window.
- Night of
Side entrance, ID check, and the phone goes on silent at the door.
- Close
Chips settle in the room. Receipts, like everything here, face to face.
Privacy
No photos from the floor, ever. NDA on request.
Arrival
Rear entrance on South Road, car met at the gate.
The shelf
Whisky and wine list built for staying, not tasting.
The Vault, mid-evening
Low light, deep chairs, no audience.
Photography inside the Vault is by consent only — these were taken with the room's permission.

The numbers
Stakes, stated plainly.
Minimums move with the night and the table. Elena quotes the real figures on the first call — no "from" prices with asterisks.
House standard
High stakes, low pressure.
The Vault runs under the same licence and the same Host Responsibility rules as the main salon. Limits are set before the first hand, staff are trained to spot the wrong kind of night, and the host's job includes ending one. Our privacy policy covers what we keep on file — almost nothing.

Membership is by introduction or after three visits to the salon. There is no application form — that's rather the point.
Before you ask
The three usual questions.
Everything else is one call to +64 21 199 1936, or the contact form.
By introduction · two groups a night
The door is unmarked. The welcome is not.
Ask for Elena at the front desk — or call +64 21 199 1936 and say the word "Vault".
